Protective effect of (Andrographis Paniculata) on 4-Vinylcyclohexene Diepoxide Induced ovarian Toxicity in Female Albino Rats

Abstract
 Background and objective: Protective effect of (Andrographis Paniculata) on 4-Vinylcyclohexene Diepoxide.
 Material methods:A group 55 female albino rats undergo experiment the outcome 4-vinylcyclohexene Diepoxide injection for a priod two weeks, as well treatment methanolic leaf extract Andrographis paniculata oral administration four weeks. Injection concentrations (160 320mg/kg. B.W) also different doses (100 200mg/kg. have been applied.
 Results:The results body weight ovary were more evident when higher concentration dose was applied. Whereas, both induced effective no significant difference recorded. Histological examination clearly in various tissues, accumulation connective tissue collagen fibers around corpus luteum where found to be behind sign re-normalizing within weeks treatment.
 Conclusion: More detailed study proposed findout exact right may further extend include other medicinal plant that might efficient.
